5 weeks...

Puppies are doing fine, 5 weeks this weekend - and P-girl is 4 weeks. She is the same size as the older gang - so she's keeping up with them alright :)

All 12 puppies are doing fine - on solid for one week now and growing every day! Can't get tired watching them -playing, growling and tailwagging - starting to look and behave like little dogs.

6. Nov, Lily got her babygirl.

Lily got a big babygirl yesterday, she now enjoy the company of her halfbrother from Zara's litter :)

And Zara's litter is gaining weight every day now - yesteday the first once opened their eyes.

August and girls in season :)

Now - by the end of this summer, I can think back and remember the good days and also the sad once.

In beginning of June, we lost our most important member of the pack, Amy (INT.NORD.CH Rambulls English Rhapsody) at the age of 10,5 yrs (photo taken only 14 days before she crossed the rainbow bridge). This was a huge loss and I can tell you I still miss her every day! Amy was nothing but good in all ways, healthy and strong right to the last day....still, today its very upsetting to think about her - but I have tons of good memories about her and she will continue to live in her son Jazz and daughter Lily, grandaughter Zara and hopefully future Rambulls'.

The happy things this summer: Twiggy is growing and is now a important part of the Rambull family, she is a joy and we are so happy to have her here - finally.

Dex our dear guest from UK, is also a boy who brighten up the days for us - such a good boy, done well this summer with 3 new titles, N.SE.FIN.CH - so greatful to Kate and Andy, who gave me the oportunity to have him here, he seems to like it too :).

Finally both Zara and Lily is now in season, Zara started a week ago, Lily yesterday. IF everything goes as planned, new Rambull's will be born in some weeks.... Fingers crossed. xx Mar

Welcome TWIGGY!

22.th July - the arrivel of Twiggy. Thanks to Cath and Paul for letting us have this little princess...she has settled down well already and fully accepted by the Rambull-bunch, included Dex.

OULU, FINLAND, summercamp :)

Again, we headed to

Kiminki and the Bullbugbear residence for a 4-5 days of holiday. Traditionally, we had entered the Oulu INT.SHOW which is held in the beginning for July - this was our 4th time over, and we had as always a great stay with Nina (Paakkari), Mika, Maisa and the Bullbugbear team. Päivi with Pepe and Mimmi also stayed there this yeas as she did the past years :))

Beautiful weather made the weekend perfect.

For the show we took Dex, our British guest - and Zara, our 2 years old girl. First day they both won CERT, CACIB and became FIN.CHAMPIONS :)) - Zara was BOB and picked as one of 8 for a semifinale in the group, Dex was BOS. This was more than we could hope for - and we are very pleased about it. Dex is now GB.SE.N.FIN.CH and Zara is N.SE.FIN.CH. (This 2 will be mated later this year)

Thank you Nina and Mika for having us over again :) Next year too :))

INT.SHOW TRONDHEIM 2010

We had a great day at Int.show in Trondheim yesterday. Judge was Petru Muntean from Rumenian. At this yearly event, I entered with Dex, Lily and Zara. We also got visitors from Sweden and down south staying over, and when even the weather showed it from the bright side - the weekend couldn't have been more perfect for us :)

Dex won CERT, CACIB, BOB and finally placed #2 in a big FCI GROUP2!!!

AND he them became a new NO.CHAMPION!

Lily got CK and res.CACIB and placed 2best bitch and little Zara even placed with CK and 4.best bitch.

BOS was Hilde Kjeldbys beautiful ch. NV-09 Old Manila's Little Mill, (mom Anette and Minni also stayed with us overnight)... and 3.best bitch was our Swedish visitors Ebba's girl, S.ch SV-10 Bohlbyn Nyponros which also got the bitch CERT and became a new NO.CH!

So you can imagine we had a GREAT day and a very good BBQ at the evening :)

2 x New SE.CHAMPIONS.

We spent the weekend in Sweden, attended the Swedish Specialityshow under judge Inger Dahle, Dexter got a CK and placed 2. in Open class.

The day after we went to a INT.SHOW in Österbybruk, Sweden - judge Kurt Nilsson.

We got a fantastic result with 2 x New Swedish Champions:

Celebrating our National Day 17.May

We had a traditional celbration of our National Day yesterday. Dexter - our guest from England started the day with a long walk in the hills with the other Rambull team :). We also had a "photosession" with "mom" in her national custom.

New Champion.

Zara is now official N.CH Rambull's New Wildwood Flower. She got her finale Cert yesterday on the first try after 2 years of age (which is required ref. NKK rules)

We also showed Dex for the first time in Norway. He did well under judge Frank Christiansen, took Cert and BOB. Well done also to Amy, 10 years now and was awarded CK :)
